The Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service has asked Preston City Council to forward the following guidance videos to lettings agents and other buildings managers we may be aware of. They relate to the management of high-rise residential buildings, and they explain some key points about the Fire Safety England Regulations 2022 and the responsibilities of the operators of these higher fire risk premises.
